Workflow Director

The GCMS Workflow Director is a feature built into the software of GCMS.

The GCMS Workflow Director enables dynamic end-to-end automated workflows to be used for any project type. This allows great flexibility to an account manager in terms of managing workflow.

GCMS Workflow Director allows the account manager to include and exclude process steps as required for a project, allowing for example, an additional approval step to be added to a particular project, while processing other projects without this step. This is particularly helpful in projects with graphic design work, which require additional review steps. Furthermore, for future projects, the account manager can amend the steps required at any point.

The GCMS Workflow Director keeps track of tasks and provides authorization steps at the appropriate points throughout the project lifecycle, significantly reducing the time it takes to manage the many complexities of the translation process.
